The Post-Analyst Mentorship Program is a 14-week professional development and recruiting initiative designed for students who have successfully completed the Analyst Program and are entering their sophomore year.

The program provides continued mentorship and structured recruiting preparation for students pursuing careers in finance. Participants engage in twice-monthly workshops focused on industry recruiting, professional development, technical preparation, networking, and interview readiness.

 

Students select have the option of specialized tracks based on their career interests etc...:

Investment Banking
Focused on preparing students for investment banking recruiting through technical training, behavioral interview preparation, networking strategy, and exposure to industry professionals.

Sales & Trading and Wealth Management
Focused on developing students' understanding of markets, client-facing roles, and recruiting processes within sales and trading and wealth management.

Throughout the program, participants are connected with mentors, alumni, and industry professionals who provide guidance during the recruiting process. The Post-Analyst Mentorship Program is designed to extend the support of the Analyst Program while helping students develop the skills, relationships, and preparation necessary to pursue competitive opportunities within the financial services industry.
